Shipping cost is added at the end of the purchase in the shopping cart.

​SHIPPING WITHIN SLOVENIA

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight of up to 500g : 2,49 EUR

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight from 500g and up to 5kg : 3,69 EUR

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight over 5kg : 3,99 EUR

Shipping is free if you purchase products with a total value of over 80 EUR.

SHIPPING WITHIN COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight of up to 500g : 4,99 EUR

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight above 500g and up to 1kg : 5,99 EUR

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight above 1Kg and up to 2kg : 7,5 EUR

• shipping cost for purchases with a total weight above 2Kg: 20,5 EUR

Shipping is free if you purchase products with a total value of over 120 EUR.

RETURNS

If you receive a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

​

How long does it take to get a new product?

In case you receive a damaged product and you want a new one, we will be happy to send you one - if the product is a candle and it isn't in stock, it takes us from 15 to 30 days to prepare a new candle, due to the time that the wax needs to properly harden.

If you want to speed up the return process - send us an e-mail as soon as possible with the number of your order with your feedback about why the products aren't as described.
